Inner Circle
Join a slower kind of motherhood.
One letter a week for mothers who want to stay present, steady and supported.
Join the Inner CircleYou may have picked up the idea that a good mother proves her love by running on empty. Calm follows support and sleep. It is not a skill you are good or bad at.
Royal Heir is growing a slow motherhood movement. Slow means staying present for your family because you are held too, and staying connected to yourself while motherhood keeps asking you to grow.
Capacity grows through support and care, not through suffering.
Every week, one letter arrives. It brings research and reflection on maternal wellbeing, a short practice you can use in real life, and one practical idea for the week ahead. The work draws from aromatherapy, breath, touch, sensory ritual and Somatic Experiencing, and the letter says plainly what belongs with your doctor, midwife or other healthcare provider.
The letters come from Henrieta, a former nurse, certified clinical aromatherapist and Somatic Experiencing practitioner. Your first one arrives with the 5-Minute Loop, a guided practice you can use the same day.
Matrescence is the becoming of a mother. It changes the brain and body, the way attention moves, and the way you experience yourself in the world. The Inner Circle is a place to understand some of those changes, at your own pace.
