Why We Made It
A small ritual for late pregnancy: two Calendula + Chamomile Soak sachets and a pocket tin of Bump Butter, for when your baby is heavy and your body aches.
For the late weeks, when your baby is heavy and your body aches.
Late in pregnancy, your back aches, your hips ache, and sitting, standing and lying down are all uncomfortable. Warm water holds some of that weight for a while.
Then slow touch with a rich butter, over the belly, hips and lower back, in the same order each time.
What is inside
- Calendula + Chamomile Soak, one large sachet. Calendula, German chamomile, colloidal oatmeal, aloe, mineral salts and clay, with lavender essential oil. One large sachet is one bath.
- Bump Butter, pocket tin. Whipped cocoa, shea and mango butters, with a frankincense and neroli scent.
The ritual
Pour the sachet into a warm bath and stay as long as feels good. Pat dry. Then spread a small amount of Bump Butter over your belly, hips and lower back, slowly, with the flat of your hand.
