For generations, a new mother was kept warm and care moved toward her. Most mothers no longer have that around them.

A warm bath and a few minutes of care can bring a small part of it back. The soak is for you. The butter is for your baby. Both fit inside the care you are already giving.

What is inside

  • Calendula + Chamomile Soak, two small sachets, for you. Calendula, German chamomile, colloidal oatmeal, aloe, mineral salts and clay, with lavender essential oil. One small sachet is one use.
  • First Touch Butter, pocket tin, for your baby. EWG Verified. No added fragrance. Suitable from birth.

The ritual

Pour one small sachet into a warm sitz bath and sit in it.

The same soak can fill your peri bottle. Dilute one small sachet in water in the bottle and keep using it through the day. You can also soak pads in it and cool them in the fridge.

Afterward, a small amount of First Touch Butter on your baby, across the back, the belly, the legs and the hands, slowly, in the same order each time.

The Calendula + Chamomile Soak in this mini is for the mother. First Touch Butter is suitable for your baby from birth.

Two sachets, which you can use as sitz baths or in your peri bottle. The pocket tin of First Touch Butter is about 11% of the full-size tin and covers two full-body applications for your baby. With lighter use it lasts a few weeks.
