Step 1

Let the Water Carry the Weight

Disperse the Rose Soak into warm bath water and lower yourself in slowly. Watch as the water changes color and the scent fills the room.

Feel what happens when the water takes some of the weight of your belly, your hips, your back. Let yourself float a little. Let your muscles stop carrying everything for a few minutes.

Stay long enough to enjoy being lighter.

Step 2

Come Back Through Your Senses

Soften the konjac sponge in the bath and move it slowly over your skin.

Feel the water, the softness of the sponge, the scent of rose, the movement of your own hands. Follow what feels good.

There is a lot of effort in the last weeks of pregnancy, but you still have access to Pleasure and it still belongs here too.

Step 3

Trust Your Expanding Body

2 Will Belly Expansion prevent stretch marks?

No skincare product can promise that stretch marks will not appear. Genetics, growth rate and the way each body changes during pregnancy all play a role.

Belly Expansion is about caring well for skin while it stretches and changes. The oils and butters keep the skin deeply moisturized, soft and supple, while the ritual gives you a reason to stay in regular contact with the body and the baby doing all of this growing.

Whether stretch marks become part of that story or not, the skin still deserves rich, consistent care.

3 Do I need to use all five pieces every time?

No. The full ritual gives you the complete sequence, but it was never meant to become another routine you have to perform perfectly.

Some days may be a Rose Soak followed by Bump Butter. On another day, Tender Skin Serum and Butter in Pink may be enough. The konjac sponge can simply become part of your regular bath.

What matters is that the pieces are there when they fit. The ritual gives your care a familiar shape while leaving room for your energy, your body and your pregnancy to change from day to day.

4 Is all of this safe for my baby and my pregnancy?

Belly Expansion was formulated specifically for use during pregnancy. The essential oils are chosen with pregnancy in mind and used at low, appropriate dilutions, while the rest of the ritual is built around concentrated botanical oils, butters and a comfortably warm bath.

These products are for your body during pregnancy. After your baby arrives, the scented formulas in this ritual are not intended to become newborn skincare. For those earliest weeks, First Touch is the formula with no added fragrance, made for baby skin from birth.

If you are breastfeeding later, keep scented products away from the nipple and areola before feeding.

Every pregnancy and every skin is individual. Always patch test first, and if you have been given specific skincare or essential-oil restrictions during your pregnancy, follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.
